I ran a process improvement project on myself.

For ninety days I applied Lean Six Sigma to a person instead of a factory. Every measurement had an operational definition, every finding carried a verdict, and every ruling was dated. I documented it daily and published the results as they came in.

I registered eight predictions before the project began. Four of them held and four of them did not. Both sets are published, because a prediction that cannot be wrong tells you nothing.
